Laredo Petroleum makes senior management change

Laredo Petroleum Inc. (NYSE: LPI) has confirmed that Jay P. Still will resign as president, COO, and board member to pursue other interests, effective Jan. 28. The board of directors has determined that his duties will be assumed by Chairman and CEO Randy A. Foutch. 

Laredo Petroleum is an independent energy company with headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Its business strategy is focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of oil and natural gas properties primarily in the Permian Basin in West Texas.
