Energy Navigator opens Asia-Pacific office in Brisbane

Oil and gas software maker Energy Navigator has opened an office in Brisbane, Australia, to further support the company’s existing Australian oil and gas clients, as well as Canadian and US companies operating internationally, particularly within the Asia-Pacific region.

The company will do business in the region as Energy Navigator Pty Ltd., and Janet Tremblay, vice president of international business development, has been seconded for one year as managing director to establish the office, and to hire and train a local client service and technical support resource.

Energy Navigator produces two software solutions for oil and gas: Value Navigator (Val Nav) is a forecasting, economics, and reserves management system used by more than 300 exploration and production (E&P) companies, banks, petroleum evaluation firms, and consultants worldwide. AFE Navigator (AFE Nav) is a secure, electronic AFE system that works on any web-enabled device to optimize AFE workflows, enhance capital management, and control spending.
