Falcon Oil & Gas appoints Conrad as chairman

Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd.’s (TSXV: FO, AIM: FOG, ESM: FAC) board of directors has elected JoAchim Conrad, a non-executive director of the company since 2008, as its chairman, replacing John Craven in that role. Craven will remain as a non-executive director of the company.

Falcon is a global energy company that is focused on acquiring, exploring, and developing large acreage positions of unconventional and conventional oil and gas resources. The company has interests in approximately 12.3 million gross acres in three exploration projects in Australia, South Africa, and Hungary.
