Key names Drummond to board of directors

Key Energy Services Inc. (NYSE: KEG) has increased by one the number of Class III directors of the company’s board of directors, the terms of which end at its 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, and elected Robert Drummond, Key's president and COO to fill the resulting vacancy as of the same date.

Drummond joined the company as president and COO on June 22. Prior to joining Key, he was employed by Schlumberger for 31 years, most recently serving as president of Schlumberger's North American business unit.

Key Energy Services is an onshore, rig-based well-servicing contractor. Key provides a complete range of well intervention services and has operations in all major onshore oil and gas producing regions of the continental US and in Mexico and Russia.
