Ensco names Baksht as CFO

Ensco plc (NYSE: ESV) has appointed Jon Baksht as CFO. He will be based in London and succeeds Jay Swent, who is retiring at year’s end.

Baksht most recently was vice president of finance after joining Ensco as vice president and  treasurer. His professional career includes experience in investment banking and consulting. Baksht has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas.
