Pearl Energy Investments closes inaugural fund at $500M hard cap

Pearl Energy Investments reached its hard cap on Sept. 30 and held the final closing of Pearl Energy Investments LP with total commitments of $500 million.

Pearl is a provider of private equity capital and sponsorship to the energy industry, concentrating on the oil and gas production, midstream, and services sectors. Pearl focuses on investments requiring between $25 million and $75 million of equity capital.

Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as fund formation counsel. Pearl did not engage a placement agent in connection with the formation of the fund.
