Ausdrill appoints Mlikota as CFO

Ausdrill Ltd., an Australian integrated mining and energy services group, has appointed Theresa Mlikota as CFO, replacing Jose Martins, who has resigned from the company.

Mlikota’s past experience is primarily in the resources and contracting services sector, having previously held senior leadership roles with Woodside, Zinifex, and Alinta, and more recently as CFO of Fulton Hogan, Thiess, Macmahon, and Barminco.

Mlikota also has experience in the financial management of private equity and large listed and unlisted organizations, spanning a range of finance disciplines including financial control, investor relations, treasury, and mergers and acquisitions. She is a member of the Australian Society of CPAs, and holds a Bachelor of Business degree in accounting and a postgraduate diploma in applied finance and investment.

Martins will remain as CFO until Mlikota begins her role, the date of which is still to be determined.
