Comancheria acquires Leor Resources

Comancheria Energy Resources LLC has acquired Leor Resources LLC and the subsidiary companies of Leor, effective Sept. 15. All properties owned by Leor are situated in East Texas. The specific terms of the transaction are confidential.

Kenton Holliday, president and CEO of Comancheria, commented, "This acquisition affords us an excellent, balanced portfolio. The Leor oil and gas properties have value with respect to a balance of different play types, a balance of product types, and balance regarding a range of target depths."

Comancheria's primary focus is on East Texas opportunities, and its founding members comprise the former upper management team of Leor Resources.
