Summit Midstream COO plans to depart in September

Summit Midstream Partners LP’s (NYSE: SMLP) COO, Rene Casadaban, plans to leave the company to pursue other interests. He will continue his employment with the company until Sept. 30 to help transition his duties.

Summit Midstream Partners is focused on developing, owning, and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets in the core producing areas of unconventional resource basins, primarily shale formations, in North America.
