Shell International Finance issues guaranteed notes

Shell International Finance BV is issuing CHF 800 million 0.375% guaranteed notes due Aug. 21, 2023, and CHF 525 million 0.875% guaranteed notes due Aug. 21, 2028, under the Multi-Currency Debt Securities Program established by Shell International Finance (the issuer) and Royal Dutch Shell plc (the guarantor) (NYSE: RDS.A) (NYSE: RDS.B).

The notes have been provisionally admitted to trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange with effect from Aug. 21, and application will be made for the notes to be listed in accordance with the standard for bonds on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
