Outrigger Energy begins operation of Powder River Basin crude oil gathering system

Outrigger Energy has begun operation of its crude oil gathering system in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming. Outrigger has received a long-term dedication from Devon Energy Corp., covering leasehold acres located in Campbell, Converse, and Johnson counties, Wyoming.

Outrigger’s facilities include crude oil gathering pipelines with pumps, measurement, and other facilities located at each well pad, providing for a capacity of up to 60,000 barrels per day. The gathering system provides producers with a complete wellhead-to-market midstream solution through a connection with the Powder River Crude Services LLC pipeline, which, in turn, provides access to both rail and downstream pipeline markets.
