Molopo Energy appoints Stern as director

Molopo Energy Ltd.’s (ASX: MPO) directors have appointed Yaniv Stern to the company’s board as a non-executive director. Stern joins the board at the request of the new shareholder following the acquisition of Molopo shares from Bentley Capital Ltd.

Stern has international experience in strategic advisory roles, predominantly working with private equity and institutional investors on investment strategy, deal evaluation, and portfolio management. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in hardware and software engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Molopo Energy’s board of directors continues to discuss the future strategy of the company in consultation with advisors. David Sanders, who joined the board as the representative of Bentley Capital Ltd., has resigned as a director following Stern’s appointment to the board.
