Lamprell CEO to retire in 2016

Lamprell CEO James Moffat plans to retire at the end of June 2016. Lamprell is launching a search to find his successor.

Moffat will continue with the company as a director of the company and as its CEO until next June. After his retirement, he has agreed to provide assistance to Lamprell on an exclusive basis for a period of up to one year.

In additional company news, John Kennedy will take on the role of executive chairman of the group until the next annual general meeting in 2016, while Tony Wright has been promoted to the role of CFO.
