Gulf Coast Western forms new subsidiary

Gulf Coast Western LLC, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, has formed a subsidiary, Gulf Coast Western Energy Services, to provide a full suite of well completion and operational safety services to the oil and gas industry.

Gulf Coast Western Energy Services provides oilfield spill and frac tank containment systems, water transfer, flowback water recovery services, well cleanup services, onsite Cold Clean equipment cleaning services, and high-pressure pipe restraints.

Gulf Coast Western Energy Services was formed through the acquisitions of Midland, Texas-based Frac Restraints LLC in late 2014 and Weatherford, Texas-based CND Energy Services in early 2015. The combined operations of these companies has positioned Gulf Coast Western Energy Services as a provider of well completion and safety services with a focus on the resource play development areas in South and West Texas and in the Marcellus and Utica shale fields in Pennsylvania. Additionally, Gulf Coast Western Energy Services has facilities in Midland and San Angelo, Texas, and in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to service operations.
