senex appoints Yerbury as CFO

Senex Energy Ltd. (ASX: SXY) has appointed Graham Yerbury as the company’s CFO. He is expected to join Senex in late October. His appointment follows the resignation of Andrew Price, who has been appointed CFO of PanAust Ltd.

Yerbury brings 37 years of experience to Senex from executive and senior finance roles with ASX-listed and multinational resources and professional services companies. He has a track record as CFO, most recently with Cardno Ltd., and previously with Macarthur Coal Ltd. and coal seam gas producer Arrow Energy.

Yerbury spent eight years with BP in the UK and the US, in senior finance positions for the exploration and production business unit, and six years with ARCO pre-merger with BP. He is a chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Queensland, and Master of Business Management degree from the Queensland University of Technology.

Senex is an oil and gas explorer and producer with acreage in Australia's onshore energy precincts.
