New Source Energy Partners makes changes to board of general partner

Following Charles Lee Reynolds III’s retirement as a director on the board of New Source Energy Partners GP LLC, which is New Source Energy Partners LP’s (NYSE: NSLP) general partner, the Partnership has appointed Richard D. Finley to the board of its general partner.

Finley will step down from his role as CFO of the Partnership's general partner concurrent with his appointment to the board. The Partnership does not presently intend to name a replacement for Finley.

New Source Energy Partners LP is an independent energy partnership engaged in the production of its onshore oil and natural gas properties that extends across conventional resource reservoirs in east-central Oklahoma and in oilfield services that specialize in increasing efficiencies and safety in drilling and completion processes.
