Rockwater updates on top executive changes

Rockwater Energy Solutions Inc., a water management and chemical technologies solutions provider to the oilfield industry, has appointed Holli Ladhani, former executive vice president (EVP) and CFO, and most recently EVP of Rockwater’s Chemical Technologies segment, has been appointed president and CEO of Rockwater, as well as a member of the board of directors.    

David Nightingale, former EVP of Rockwater’s Water Management segment, has been appointed EVP and COO of Rockwater. He joined Rockwater as senior vice president of Water Management in April 2012, after serving in a variety of management roles within the oilfield services sector for his 35-year career. 

Larry O’Donnell, former chairman, president, and CEO, will continue in his role as chairman of the board.
