Egypt signs deal with Eni worth $2 billion

Egypt's oil ministry has signed an energy exploration agreement with Eni worth $2 billion, according to Reuters. The deal follows a memorandum of understanding (MOU) that was signed in March.

As a result of the transaction, Eni will be able to explore in Sinai, the Gulf of Suez, the Mediterranean, and areas in the Nile Delta.
