He is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD.
Owen has been promoted to the position of senior vice president of project delivery functions and is the new appointee to the executive leadership team. His responsibilities include oversight of engineering, project delivery services, construction management operations, and quality. He joined Wood Group Mustang in 2000, supporting projects in technical positions and project roles. Owen has served as manager of the Instrumentation department, business manager for the Pipeline business unit, and, most recently, as vice president and general manager of the Process Plants & Industrial business unit’s operations in Greenville, South Carolina. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas.
Dear has served as CFO and a member of the executive leadership team since his relocation to Houston in 2009, having previously served as group financial controller of Wood Group, based in Aberdeen, Scotland. In addition to the Finance and Commercial functions, he is responsible for the Contracts and Legal, Facilities Management, Real Estate, and IT&S functions. He will also provide leadership and oversight to operations in Latin America, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia. Dear is a chartered management accountant (ACMA/CGMA) and a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Liles is continuing her roles as head of human resources and as a member of the executive leadership team, which she has held since joining Wood Group Mustang in 2012.
McNichol, as CEO, leads the executive leadership team and has included health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) among her own responsibilities to elevate the role of HSSE throughout the organization and to ensure immediate attention and direct involvement from the CEO level on HSSE matters.
