Texcom makes management changes

Texcom Inc. (OTC Pink: TEXC), an environmental services company serving the oil and gas industry, has made several management changes that were effective April 1.

Robert "Bob" May will remain as CEO and will also serve as chairman of the board of directors. Wallis Marsh, prior chairman of the board, will remain on the board. 

Jay Charles has been elected as president and COO of Texcom. He joined Texcom in 2004 and served as vice president of operations from 2007 until 2014, when he was named executive vice president. Prior to joining Texcom, Charles served as COO and/or president of several biodiesel and communications companies.

Texcom’s primary focus is on the disposal of nonhazardous wastes generated by the oil and gas industry.
