Kulczyk to sell stake in Ophir Energy

Polish billionaire Jan Kulczyk plans to sell his 8% stake in Ophir Energy, according to Reuters. Bookrunner JP Morgan estimates the stake’s worth to be approximately €92 million ($142 million).

Reuters says that Kulczyk Entities, Ophir's second-largest shareholder, has placed its 56,607,366 shares in the energy company with immediate effect.
