EnCap Flatrock Midstream promotes Waldrip and Kayem as VPs

EnCap Flatrock Midstream has promoted Thomas J. Waldrip and J. Zachary Kayem as vice presidents, providing finance, administrative, and accounting support to EnCap Flatrock Midstream’s funds and portfolio companies. As vice presidents, they will also help recruit new management teams to join the firm’s portfolio of midstream companies.

Waldrip joined Flatrock Energy Advisors in 2008 and has experience in midstream evaluation and economics. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of the Incarnate Word, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in interdisciplinary studies with a minor in business administration from Texas A&M University.

Before joining the firm in 2012, Kayem spent three years as an analyst on the corporate finance team at SWS Group, where he focused on debt and equity raises and M&A advisory work in multiple industries. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
