Davis to resign as CFO of Western Refining Logistics

Karen B. Davis has resigned as CFO of Western Refining Logistics LP (NYSE:WNRL), effective Feb. 2, in order to join Northern Tier Energy GP LLC, the general partner of Northern Tier Energy LP and Northern Tier Energy LLC, as executive vice president and CFO in March.

Until a replacement CFO can be identified, Gary R. Dalke, executive vice president of Western Refining Logistics GP LLC, the general partner of WNRL, will serve as interim CFO, in addition to his current role as executive vice president. Dalke was previously CFO of WNRL, and was in that role since the company's inception in July 2013.

Western Refining Logistics LP is a fee-based, growth-oriented master limited partnership formed by Western Refining Inc. (NYSE:WNR) to own, operate, develop, and acquire terminals, storage tanks, pipelines, and other logistics assets related to the terminaling, transportation, and storage of crude oil and refined products. The company's assets include 300 miles of pipelines, 8 million barrels of active storage capacity, distribution of wholesale petroleum products, and crude oil trucking.
