ARB Midstream names Stockton as VP of engineering and operations

ARB Midstream LLC has hired Larry Stockton as vice president of engineering and operations. He will be responsible for project management and terminal operations at the Niobrara Connector terminal and at future ARB Midstream terminals.

Before joining ARB Midstream, Stockton was the rail program manager at HDR Engineering Inc. in Denver, Colorado, where he managed the engineering and construction of multiple crude-to-rail loading facilities. Before that, he was part of the founding management team of Railroad Specialties Inc., a rail terminal construction and engineering company.

Stockton began his rail career with BNSF Railway, working in its Maintenance of Way and Operations group. He received his civil engineering degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
