1845 Oil Field Services appoints new CEO

1845 Oil Field Services has hired Dave Lamolinara to succeed Tim Buffington as the company’s next CEO. Buffington, an original founder of 1845, will continue on in an executive and board capacity, shaping the company’s commercial activities.

The executive appointment aligns with recent significant investments by 1845 Oil Field Services as it continues to expand as an oilfield logistics and freight management company.

Lamolinara brings almost 30 years of logistics industry experience to 1845 Oil Field Services, recently serving as executive vice president of operations for CEVA Logistics Americas. At CEVA, he was responsible for shared services supporting a freight management and contract logistics business operating across more than 200 operating sites. Prior to this role, he held a variety of US and European logistic leadership positions for both CEVA and its predecessor companies TNT Logistics and CTI Logistics.
