Harris joins Burleson's litigation group in Houston

Felicia Harris has joined Burleson LLP as a partner in Houston, where she will focus her practice on commercial litigation.

Harris represents local, national, and international businesses in a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, energy services, petrochemical, maritime, financial services, engineering, construction, and telecommunications. 

Her background includes commercial matters involving contractual rights and obligations, fraud, trade secrets, noncompetition agreements, fiduciary duties, partnership and joint venture agreements, and real property interests. She is also experienced in issues related to seismic operations, defamation, electronic privacy and monitoring, corporate governance policies, allegations of wrongful death, and public procurement and bidding laws. 

Harris earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and her law degree from South Texas College of Law.
