Global Partners begins public offering of common units

Global Partners LP

Global Partners LP (NYSE:GLP) has begun a public offering of 3,565,000 common units representing limited partner interests in Global. The company also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 534,750 additional common units.

Global expects to use the net proceeds from this offering to reduce indebtedness outstanding under its revolving credit facility.

Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Securities, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank Securities, and Raymond James will act as joint book-running managers for the offering.
