EOR appoints new board member

Enhanced Oil Resources Inc.

Enhanced Oil Resources Inc. (TSX-V: EOR; OTCQX: EORIF) has appointed Mark Strawn to the company’s board of directors.

Strawn brings nearly 40 years of E&P and field development experience to the company. He began his energy career in 1975 with Exxon, and was part of a team that assembled 700,000 acres in South Texas. He is currently the managing partner of Tyler Rockies Exploration Ltd., a privately held entity with operated assets in Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana. Strawn is an active member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America, the Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association, and the East Texas Association of Petroleum Landmen.

Strawn replaces Wade Stubbenfield, who has resigned from the board in order to focus more attention on other business ventures.
