EnLink Midstream begins public offering of common units

EnLink Midstream Partners LP

EnLink Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: ENLK) has begun an underwritten public offering of 10,500,000 common units representing limited partner interests of the Partnership. The Partnership will also grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,575,000 additional common units.

The Partnership intends to use the net proceeds from this offering, including any net proceeds from the underwriters’ exercise of their option, for capital expenditures and general partnership purposes.

Wells Fargo Securities, Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley are acting as representatives and joint book-running managers for the offering. In addition, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Jefferies, JP Morgan, UBS Investment Bank, and RBC Capital Markets are acting as joint book-running managers.
