PetroTerra appoints Reinecke as COO

PetroTerra Corp.

PetroTerra Corp. (OTCQB: PTRA), an independent oil and gas exploration company currently focused on the Sevier and Beaver Oil Project in west central Utah, has appointed Kurt Reinecke as COO pursuant to an independent contractor agreement with Arrow Peak Minerals and Royalty LLC.  The initial term of the agreement with Reinecke is for one year, and it began Sept. 16.

Since 2013, Reinecke has served as president of Arrow, an independent contractor providing geologic and exploration services to clients in the domestic onshore oil and gas industry. He began his career in geologic and exploration services in 1985. From 1985 to 2001, Reinecke was a staff geologist at Barrett Resources Corp.

Beginning in 2002, Reinecke was a founding member of Bill Barrett Corp., an independent oil and gas exploration and operating company focusing on the Rocky Mountain basins. During his tenure, he rose from vice president of exploration for the Southern Division to executive vice president of exploration, directing a staff of 26 professionals and also serving on the Chairman's Committee.
