ENXP files registration statement for proposed IPO

Energy & Exploration Partners Inc.

Energy & Exploration Partners Inc. (ENXP) has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. 

The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. A portion of the shares will be issued and sold by ENXP and a portion will be sold by certain stockholders of ENXP.

Citigroup, Credit Suisse, and RBC Capital Markets are acting as joint book-running managers and as representatives of the underwriters for the proposed offering.

ENXP is an independent exploration and production company based in Fort Worth, Texas, focused on the acquisition, exploration, development, and exploitation of conventional and unconventional oil and gas resources.
