EnLink Midstream appoints Brooks to SVP, general counsel

Alaina K. Brooks EnLink Midstream LLC and EnLink Midstream Partners LP have selected Alaina K. Brooks to succeed Joe A. Davis as senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary, pending approval by the boards of directors.

Davis is resigning following nine years of service to EnLink Midstream. Brooks has served in several legal roles within EnLink Midstream since joining the company in 2008, most recently as deputy general counsel. In her new role, she will serve on EnLink Midstream’s senior leadership team, as well as lead the company’s legal and regulatory functions. Before joining the company in 2008, Brooks practiced law at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Baker Botts LLP, where she counseled clients on matters of complex commercial litigation, risk management, and taxation.

She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law and Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in accounting from Oklahoma State University.
