Enable Midstream Partners appoints Farmer as chief administrative officer

The board of directors of Enable Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: ENBL) reports that Deanna Farmer has been named executive vice president and chief administrative officer, effective Sept. 29. She replaces Steve Merrill, who recently accepted the role of CFO at OGE Energy Corp., which holds a 50% general partner interest in Enable Midstream.

Farmer joins the company from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma-based Access Midstream, where she most recently served as vice president of corporate services and chief information officer. Prior to joining Enable Midstream, she served in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility at Access and its former parent Chesapeake Energy. Before joining Chesapeake in 2005, she served in a broad range of leadership positions focused on information technology, regulatory, finance and accounting within the energy sector.

Farmer holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from West Virginia State University.
