Longnecker & Associates seeks participants for its inaugural midstream industry compensation survey to provide leading edge insights to attract, motivate, and retain leading talent in this highly competitive industry.
Longnecker & Associates, a strategy, compensation, and governance consulting firm based in Houston, Texas, is launching its inaugural midstream industry compensation survey. The two-part survey will provide a comprehensive assessment of employee compensation across core mid-stream competencies to enable strategic decision-making and maintain competitive advantage in the hiring market.
“We have been in the business of compensation consulting for nearly three decades. Over time, the entire business landscape has evolved – regulatory, technological, economic – and surveys, like ours, have helped companies maintain a competitive edge and change with the times. Unfortunately, data collections for surveys of this kind have not kept up with the modern conveniences of technology. We’re going to change that and we plan to start with the midstream market,” said Jonathan Covington, Senior Consultant and survey lead. “Our approach is to enhance the participant experience and provide more meaningful data in terms of annual and long-term incentives, and benefits prevalence to help midstream companies make informed decisions to attract, motivate and retain key talent.”
The survey will initiate on May 12th and continue through June 30th.
