Northern Oil and Gas executes share repurchase

Northern Oil and Gas Inc.

Northern Oil and Gas Inc. (NYSE MKT: NOG) has executed on the repurchase of approximately 5% of its outstanding stock since beginning repurchases in August 2013 under its stock repurchase program.  

As of March 21, a total of 3,055,280 shares have been repurchased at a total cost of $39.8 million, or an average cost of $13.04 per share.

Northern Oil and Gas is an exploration and production company with a core area of focus in the Williston Basin Bakken and Three Forks shale play in North Dakota and Montana.
