Sierra Engineering and Hamilton Group join forces

Hamilton Group and Sierra Engineering

Hamilton Group and Sierra Engineering have combined to form Sierra Hamilton. The new company’s services include project engineering and planning, onsite supervision, and technology solutions for exploration, reservoir evaluation, and production.

Corinthian Capital Group acquired Hamilton Group in May 2012 and Sierra Engineering in November 2012, and worked on consolidating the companies in 2013. In December 2013, the merger of the two companies was completed.

Lazard Capital Markets LLC acted as sole book running manager for the bond offering. Legal advisor Clifford Chance US LLP represented Sierra Hamilton in the transaction.
