RH Petrogas appoints new CEO

Singapore-based RH Petrogas Ltd. has appointed Chang Cheng-hsing as CEO to succeed Tan Jee-theng, who is retiring.

Before taking on this role, Chang was RH Petrogas’ vice president of exploration and production. Earlier, he was a chief geophysicist at Kerr-McGee China Petroleum/Anadarko Petroleum Corp. in Beijing, China; vice president of exploration at Texas American Resources–Asia Ltd., Beijing; and vice president of international operations at GNT International Group in Beijing.
