Wood Group Mustang to do FEED services for Hess' Stampede TLP

Wood Group Mustang has a contract to provide front-end engineering design (FEED) services for Hess Corp.'s Stampede tension leg platform (TLP) to be located in 3,500 ft (1,067 m) of water in the Gulf of Mexico’s Green Canyon block.

The TLP, with a dry topsides weight of 11,500 tons, is being designed to produce 80,000 bpd of oil, 60,000 bpd of water, and 120 mmscfd of gas at capacity.

Wood Group Mustang has also provided FEED and detailed design for Hess' Okume production facilities, located offshore Equatorial Guinea, which consisted of four fixed platform facilities with connecting bridges, two TLPs, and associated pipelines.
