Rimrock Midstream names Bruce to EVP role

Rimrock Midstream LLC has appointed Randy Bruce as executive vice president of operations. He brings to Rimrock over 28 years of industry experience developing, building, and operating crude oil midstream and refined products facilities. He will assume responsibility for engineering, construction, and terminal/pipeline operations efforts for Rimrock.

Most recently, Bruce directed the operations of the 500-mile Seaway pipeline delivering over 400,000 barrels of crude oil per day from Cushing, Oklahoma, to Freeport, Texas; the North Dakota/Montana truck unloading facilities; and the 6MM-barrel Cushing, Oklahoma, storage terminal for Enterprise Products Partners LP.

Prior to joining Enterprise, Bruce served as area manager–Gateway Region, directing the US Keystone Pipeline for TransCanada. His experience also includes being terminal operations manager for SemFuel; terminal and operations supervisor for Magellan Midstream Partners; vice president of operations for Young Co. Butane; and terminal operator for Mobil Oil.
