ETP extends exchange offers of notes

Energy Transfer Partners LP (NYSE: ETP) has extended the expiration date for its previously announced exchange offers relating to its outstanding 7.60% senior notes due 2024, 8.25% senior notes due 2029, and floating rate junior subordinated notes due 2066, which began on Nov. 7.

The registered exchange offer, which was initially scheduled to expire at 5 p.m., New York City time, on Dec. 6, has been extended until 5 p.m., New York City time, on Dec. 13. Holders of notes previously tendered for exchange have the right to withdraw tenders of the notes at any time prior to the expiration of the exchange offers. As of Dec. 6, holders of 99.97% of the outstanding principal amount of the 2024 notes, 100% of the outstanding principal amount of the 2029 notes, and 99.99% of the outstanding principal amount of the 2066 had tendered their notes for exchange.
