MRC Global announces executive management changes

MRC Global Inc.

MRC Global Inc. (NYSE: MRC) has reported changes in its executive management and organization. Effective immediately, Alan Colonna will assume the role of executive vice president of business development and US operations, and Gary Ittner will become executive vice president of supply chain.

James Underhill, currently executive vice president and COO of US operations and former CFO, is retiring. 

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, MRC, a Fortune 500 company, is a global distributor of pipe, valves and fittings (PVF) and related products and services to the energy and industrial sectors, along with supplies of these products and services across each of the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors.
