Dallas, TX-based J-W Energy Company has named Tony Meyer as president of J-W Operating Company.
"He has worked in various engineering, operations and leadership positions at Anadarko Petroleum Corp. in Texas, Oklahoma, Alaska and Kansas and was responsible for international operations in Qatar, Tunisia, Oman, Venezuela and Algeria," stated Gene Gradick, president of J-W Energy Company. "With his experience in both small and large drilling programs, geological, land, and engineering groups as well as his experience in our current core areas I strongly believe that he is the right candidate to lead our efforts going forward as we rebalance our production profile."
Meyer earned a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana Tech University. He will report directly to Gene Gradick and will be headquartered out of the Addison, Texas office.
