Wynnchurch Capital promotes two to vice president

Wynnchurch Capital, a middle market private equity firm that focuses on investments in niche manufacturing, distribution and business service companies, has promoted Brian R. Crumbaugh and Michael A. Teplitsky to vice president.

Crumbaugh joined Wynnchurch Capital as a senior associate in 2010. Prior to joining Wynnchurch, he was an investment professional at ShoreView Industries. Previously, Crumbaugh worked in the investment banking department of Piper Jaffray. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Teplitsky joined Wynnchurch Capital as a senior associate in 2008. Prior to joining Wynnchurch, he was an investment professional at Lime Rock Partners. Previously, Teplitsky worked in the investment banking department of UBS. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
