Offshore staff

SHANGHAI, China – The Orion Group claims to have become the first manpower company to sign a joint venture agreement with China National Offshore Oil Corp. (CNOOC).

Both parties signed the deal in Tianjin, declaring their aim to develop the talent resources service market and provide relevant personnel provision across CNOOC’s oil, gas and energy-related projects throughout China and elsewhere.

The resultant joint venture, known as CNOOC Orion Technical Services Co., will source foreign and local workers with a wide range of expertise.
