Woodside completes deepwater Senegal farm-in

PERTH, AustraliaWoodside has completed a transaction agreed to earlier this year to acquire 100% of the shares in ConocoPhillips Senegal.

The purchase price is $350 million plus net customary adjustments of around $90 million.

The acquisition includes a 35% interest in three offshore exploration blocks containing the SNE and FAN deepwater oil discoveries.
