LONDONParkmead says work is progressing on the proposed Perth-Dolphin-Lowlander (PDL) development project in the UK central North Sea.

Detailed engineering is under way, with plans to incorporate other proven oil fields in the wider area into the PDL development.

One under review is the Athena oil field west of Perth, in which Parkmead is the largest equity owner.

In addition, the company is assessing a new minimal platform concept for the Platypus gas field in the UK southern North Sea.
