Israel initiates offshore bid round

TEL AVIV, Israel Israel’s Ministry of National Infrastructure, Energy and Water Resources has invited bids for 24 offshore blocks.

Participation in the Offshore Bidding Round 2016 requires a data package payment of $50,000. The closing date for bids is April 21, 2017.

The total acreage of each block will not exceed 400 sq km (154 sq mi).
