Mermaid subsea team to support offshore Asia projects

BANGKOK, ThailandMermaid Subsea Services (Thailand) has secured a one-year, $5.8-million contract to provide technical support service personnel to an unnamed national offshore oil and gas engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning company.

Support staff will include ROV superintendents, supervisors, pilots, installation engineers, HSE managers, and project managers.

They will support subsea inspection, repair, maintenance and installation works on brown and greenfield projects in various countries in Asia and the Middle East.
