Sembcorp takes stake in Norwegian process group

ARENDAL, NorwaySevan Marine has sold its 50% stake in Bergen-based offshore process system specialist Kanfa Aragon to Sembcorp Marine for a cash consideration of NOK 20 million ($2.36 million).

The disposal is part of Sevan Marine’s program to cut its costs and redirect its focus to its core cylindrical platform hull technology.
