INPEX withdraws from offshore Western Australia license

TOKYO – INPEX Alpha has agreed to sell its 28.5% interest in block WA-155-P (Part 1) offshore Western Australia to Carnarvon Petroleum.

The concession is around 50 km (31 mi) offshore in water depths of 70-190 m (229-623 ft). Operator Quadrant Energy holds the remaining 71.5% interest.
